2 years / 24,000 miles — and what that actually means.
Every transmission we rebuild carries a 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. In a category where the fine print is famous for eating the promise, here's ours in plain English: if a rebuild we did fails within the warranty because of our work or our parts, we fix it — at no charge to you, at the shop that built it, by the people who built it.

How a claim works — three steps, no hoops.
Call us first. (770) 509-2140 — you'll reach the technicians who built it. Describe what it's doing; if it shouldn't be driven, we'll say so.
Bring it back. We road test, scan, and inspect it — free, like every look we give past customers, related to the original work or not.
If it's on us, we fix it — free. Our work, our parts, our problem. No reason to lie to a customer: if something went wrong, we make it right, including when we priced it wrong.
And when the problem turns out to be unrelated — a sensor, a mount, an axle — we'll show you exactly what we found and quote it like any other job: a written number that doesn't move.
Driving out of state? Add the ATRA Golden Rule warranty.
As an ATRA member shop, we can add the ATRA Golden Rule nationwide warranty to your rebuild for an additional cost — honored at roughly 2,000 member shops across North America. If your transmission acts up in Ohio, you're not towing it back to Georgia. Ask us about it when we quote your rebuild; it's the answer for road-trippers, college kids, and anyone who wants to, in Lance's words, "feel comfortable driving it out of state and wherever they need to go."

Two years of not thinking about it.
That's what the warranty is really for. Start with the free initial inspection.
